Hampton Inn Santa Fe South

Typical Hampton Inn. Clean and quiet. They charge for parking. Tricky U-turn needed to access. Parking probably not possible with a trailer of any kind.

As a Hilton Honors member, Ive stayed in too many Hilton hotels to remember. The Sante Fe Hampton was excellent on all fronts, you can tell they are trying very hard to make your stay perfect. Will definitely stay there again. Highly highly recommend!!

We stayed here s few nights. The rooms are nice and updated and beds were firm but clean and large. Lots of pillows. The gym appeared to be an awesome gym for a full body workout. The breakfast was good and was a little bit different every morning but that was great since we ate there multiple mornings. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the AC would never get cold enough. I had it set to 64 but during the night it would turn off and only get to 68. I can't tell if it has a motion sensor causing the AC to turn off during the night or if it just times out.

I had a frustrating evening and was a little flustered when I checked in. I’m sad I didn’t remember her name but the lady at the front desk was very friendly and I was able to calm down a bit. It was late, I had just come from the Zozobra festival and we chatted about that. She even complimented my earrings! She provided keys and parking passes quickly and went over the basic hotel information. I didn’t have to ask any questions. Sidewalks and parking lot were clean and the back was well lit. The room was clean and updated. I appreciated that the lights were on I the room for us, we didn’t have to fumble for switches. I’m not a fan of firm beds, but my fiancé thought it was great. The chairs in the room were comfortable. Never had issue with key cards. The gym and pool looked clean but we didn’t use them. Hotel was quiet, couldn’t hear other doors, showers, or toilets from our room. Great experience!

The breakfast is the main attraction for this brand but unfortunately they have have been cutting offerings like yogurt, fresh fruit and even the bold coffee.

This is one of the nicest H.I. hotels I've stayed at. It appears to be either very new or very recently updated. Everything is nice and new and appeared fairly clean. They have a really nice fitness center. The front desk staff also provide great service. My one disappointment was that at breakfast they didn't have the sugar-free syrup for the waffles that H.I. hotels are supposed to have.

I didn't stay here rather I came in for appraisal through the antique roadshow but it was really nice and the lady who was the receptionist was also very friendly and sweet

The staff here are super sweet and beyond helpful...the rooms are clean and cozy...it is refreshing how helpful the staff is especially for me being out of it and just mentally overwhelmed from weeks of traveling town to town.. hospital to hospital for my mom.. they've been patient and kind.. beyond considerate and very caring..it has made my stay feel comforting in a time of chaos..so I will definitely recommend and choose this hotel again..I wish all hotels and businesses had the same staff this hotel has
